In general, people who have done their home work in learning about composting and who have examined some of the other composters on the market are the MOST likely to buy the UCT-9. For example these people understand the importance of compost aeration while many new people to composting just don't realize it. People who are bargain hunters or just want a cheap composter are least likely to buy UCT-9. But again, the people who have actually looked at available composters, want quality things that last, want "good value for their money", will be the buyer for the UCT-9. They typically are willing to spend a little more to get so much more and they know the difference.

Another good source of sales is people who have already bought someone else's composter and have had it for at least one or two years. This group of people has learned (the hard way) what makes an effective composter and what value for the money spent really means. The next time this group of people buys a composter they are going to be much more demanding when it comes to selecting a composter that works effectively, product durability, and value for their money. After researching the internet for options, they will typically end up buying the UCT-9. It is not one of the best choices…. It is THE BEST choice.

The profile of our typical buyer is they are over 30 years of age, financially comfortable, 60% are women, have 4 or more years of college, live in an urban environment and are environmentally aware.

We have two Reseller programs.
1) Drop-Ship
2) Store-Front

We define a Drop-Ship Reseller as someone who is selling from our inventory directly to their customer with no investment in inventory or minimum sales required. We define a Store-Front Reseller as someone who buys our products, puts the product in their inventory and then sells directly to their customers. The two programs have different product discounts.

We want all our Resellers to find selling our compost tumbler profitable and trouble free and we respect the rights of others to conduct their businesses as they see fit. However to assure good customer support, our products consistent appearance, price stability, and fairness among Resellers, we have established MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) rules for our compost tumbler sold through the Drop-Ship program.

Becoming a Reseller can be a very simple process and frequently can be done in a few minutes. Review the RESELLER AGREEMENT and if you agree with its terms, fill out and submit the RESELLER APPLICATION. Before submitting an application for the drop-ship program, be sure you have an established ecommerce enabled web site. If you are just developing your site, please wait until it is developed before submitting your application. To submit the applications, fill it out, save it, send us an email with it attached. Or you can print a COPY, fill it out, scan it, and attach to an email. Signature is not required when attached to an email from the applicant.
